On the ICC Case Connect portal, you can access documents from both the Case Documents page and the Private Documents page, depending on the type of documents you need.

There are two options to download the documents:

From the document preview window
From the Actions button (bulk download)

From the document preview window

1. Click on a document to open it in the document preview.

2. Click on the download icon at the top right of the preview window.

If you would like to know the other options available in the document preview window, refer to the ‘’View Documents’’ materials.

3. From the drop-down, select the option Download.

4. A popup will appear to verify the download is complete. The document will be saved to the download location of your system.

From the Actions button (bulk download)

This option allows you to download multiple documents at once:

1. Select the documents you want to download by checking the box next to each one.
