The document provides instructions on updating your arbitrator or neutral Profile through ICC Case Connect, detailing the process from accessing the 'My Profile' page to making edits and saving changes. It emphasizes that the Profile contains general work-related information and not case-specific details, directing users to a separate article for case information updates. A video tutorial is also mentioned for further assistance.

Update your Profile

Your Profile stores information related to your work as an arbitrator or neutral, such as your experience and language proficiencies. This Profile is not specific to any particular case you are working on, so you cannot update case-specific information from your Profile. To update case-specific information, please refer to the article titled ‘Update your Case Information (SAAII)’.

ICC Case Connect enables you to update your own arbitrator or neutral Profile at any time. You can access your Profile from your homepage or from a case.

Option 1: Access your Profile from your Homepage

  1. Clicking the “ICC Case Connect powered by Opus 2” logo in the top left-hand corner of the screen will take you to your homepage.
  2. From your homepage, click the “Arbitrator and Neutral Profiles (ICC Shared Data)” Button.

Option 2: Access your Profile from a Case

  1. From a case, click the ‘My Profile’ tab.
  2. Here, you see the Update your Arbitrator Profile button. After you click on the Update your Arbitrator Profile button, a new tab will open in your browser.

Note 1: Please ensure that you verify and update your profile information contained in various sections, including "Contact Information", "Professional Experience and Expertise", etc.

Note 2: If you add or remove a nationality in your arbitrator profile, then this will not update automatically – ICC will notify the case management team of any active case you are acting in, and approve the change before it will be displayed in your profile.

5. When you have made any required changes, click on the Save button.
