For Arbitrators and Neutrals

If you wish to authorise your administrative assistant to manage your ICC Case Connect account, please provide your case management team with your assistant’s name and email address. Please be aware that your delegated administrative assistant will have access to all your cases on ICC Case Connect. He or she will able to edit your Profile, and to upload and download documents in all cases in which you are acting as arbitrator, neutral or party representative.

For Administrative Assistants

If you have been added to Case Connect to work on behalf of an arbitrator or neutral, ICC will have set up delegated access for you to do so.

To access this option:

1. From the top right of the screen, click on the profile icon. This icon is always visible regardless of your location within the portal.

3. You will see any users you have been granted access to act on behalf of – select the relevant user from the list.

4. You will then be able to see a red banner at the top of the screen reminding you of the user you are acting on behalf of.

5. You can select the relevant project and perform the required actions. You will gain the same access permissions as the user you are acting on behalf of.

To return to your own account:

1. Click on the profile icon again.

2. From the drop-down menu, click on the option Act on behalf of.

3. In the list that appears, select None.

4. The red banner will disappear, and you will be able to act as your own account again with your own access permissions.
