You can submit documents only for ICC using the button Submit Case Documents to ICC Only. Document submitted here will be viewable by all arbitrators in the case. This button is accessible from the ‘Private Documents’ page.
Once you click on the Submit Case Documents to ICC Only button, the ‘Add Event’ dialog box will appear.
1. Click on the Upload button
2. Add files by clicking the Browse for files button or dragging and dropping files into the dialog box.
The options available in the ‘Upload documents’ dialog box are:
1. OCR (Optical Character Recognition)

The dropdown list will present 3 options:
Recommended option: If required.

The Actions drop down will be operable when documents are selected by clicking on the check boxes. It contains the following options:

3. Unpack zip archives |
If the source file is a zip file, then the system will extract the zipped content automatically and each file is ingested separately. If not checked, then the file is loaded as a zip file. It is recommended to leave this option checked.

4. Extract email attachments |
If the source file contains email attachments, then the system will extract the attachments automatically and each file is ingested separately. It is recommended to leave this option checked.

3. Once the files have been added, click the Upload button.
4. In the dialog box that appears, you can add an optional submission note to ICC, which will be viewable only by ICC. Click the Save button to complete the submission process.
If you wish to remove a document from being uploaded, you can do so from the ‘Upload documents’ dialog box or from the ‘Add Event’ dialog by clicking on the X button next to it.
All the documents uploaded via the Submit Case Documents to ICC Only button can be viewed from the ‘Private Documents’ page. These documents will not be visible to the parties in the case.
