Update your Profile
Your Profile stores information related to your work as an arbitrator or neutral, such as your experience and language proficiencies. This Profile is not specific to any particular case you are working on, so you cannot update case-specific information from your Profile. To update case-specific information, please refer to the article titled ‘Update your Case Information (SAAII)’.
ICC Case Connect enables you to update your own arbitrator or neutral Profile at any time. You can access your Profile in the ‘My Profile’ page. Here, you see the Update your Arbitrator Profile button.

2.You can then scroll down the page to find the ‘My Profile’ panel. Here, you can click through the tabs at the top to view your profile information and identify any areas that may need to be updated. To update the information, click anywhere inside the ‘My Profile’ panel.
3.This will open the information as a popup window over the page. Click the Edit button in the bottom left corner of the popup window.
4.The details will then be editable, and you will be able to make any updates or amendments that may be required, navigating through the tabs as necessary.
5.When you have made any required changes, click on the Save button.
6.Your Profile will be updated with the changes you have made. A video on this topic is also available on the ‘Help’ page titled ‘Updating your Profile’. For information on how to update case-specific information, including submitting your SAAII, please refer to the article titled ‘Update your Case Information’.
